The IIMS UAE Branch has its own constitution and operates independently, yet under the umbrella of the IIMS Head Office in the UK.
The branch operates under the direction of a Regional Director and is managed by a Chairman and supporting committee.
The aim of the IIMS UAE Branch is to promote the practice of marine surveying in the Middle East and to support its members locally. Furthermore it seeks to develop the competency and knowledge of its members through the provision of education, training and seminars, events and networking opportunities.
